Personal cabinet
After registration you have an individual personal cabinet.
In the upper right corner you can see your email address - this is your login on the site. If you click on it, a small menu with personal settings and options will drop out.
Subscription
On the «Subscription page» you can choose, change and pay for the subscription. You can read more about payment in this article.
Also on this page you can see information about your current subscription plan and its validity period. To change your subscription plan or view other options, just click «Choose another subscription period».
Settings
The «Settings» page consists of several sections that will help you customize the site.
On this page, you can change your password, check the last active sessions (to make sure that only you have access to the service), unsubscribe from account news, delete your account, and much more. We will tell more about some of the possibilities.
Timezone
The time zone of channels and the channel's program may differ from yours.
Therefore, we give you the opportunity to set up the broadcasting, showing programs in the most convenient way - you can choose to broadcast live or make the news start according to your time zone.
Attention!
Setting the Time Zone may be necessary for residents of regions whose time is behind Moscow.
If the time in your region is ahead of Moscow (Australia, New Zealand, Japan, etc.), you can watch channels only live.
To set the broadcasting according to your time zone, in the «Time Zone» select your country and your city, and then in the «Streaming Offset Mode» select «Adjust for the Time Zone».
To watch live broadcasts select the «True Live Stream».
Advice
Don't forget to save settings when you're done - the new settings will take effect immediately.
Security and password changing
We are concerned about the security of your account. Therefore, in «Settings» you can check your last active sessions, set a password for «Parental Control» and change the password at any time.
It's pretty easy to do this. Enter the old password, then come up with a new one and enter it twice - this way we will be sure that there are no errors in the password. And just save your settings! Now you can use the new password at the next time logging in at the site.
Parental control
You can edit your list of channels and hide unnecessary ones to protect your family from inappropriate content.
Tick the boxes next to the name of channels that you want to hide, enter your password and click «Update Preference».
After that the channels that you had selected will disappear from the list of channels on the site. To return hidden channels, simply uncheck the boxes next to the name of channels, enter your password and click «Update Preference».
You can also set the «Show after entering the PIN» mode for selected channels.
In the «Always show» mode all channels included in your package will be available without any restrictions.
Contacting technical support
At the bottom of the «Settings» page is a feedback form. Here you can read support messages or send us an email. We will respond within a few hours, and you will receive a response to the email to which the account is registered.
Devices
On the «Devices» page of your personal account, you can find instructions for connecting different devices, view a list of all connected devices (tv boxes, tablets, TV) and disable any of them.
On this page that you will be asked to enter the code when you will connect a new device.
Bonuses
On the «Bonuses» page you can request a free «Trial period», and activate compensations, if you have ever received them on our service.
Invitations
You can invite your friends to TVteka and get bonuses! On the «Invitations» page, you can invite a friend or check the list of friends you have invited.

To log out of your TVteka account, simply click on this button.
