How to subscribe to TVteka?
First payment
On the «Subscription» page, select the period (from 1 to 12 months) and payment type. After choosing you will see the cost of the period and the end date of the subscription.
Choose your preferred payment method and fill in the required fields. Confirm consent to payment on the payment system page, after that you will be redirected there automatically. In case of successful payment, the service will be activated within a few minutes and you will receive a notification about this by email.
Payment methods
We accept bank cards of VISA and MasterCard payment systems, regardless of whether this card is a debit or credit.
Bank cards such as Visa Electron are not suitable for paying for purchases on the Internet, as they do not provide an adequate level of transaction security. Therefore, paying with a Visa Electron card on our website will not work.

Changing your subscription plan.
The «Subscription choosing» page contains detailed information about your current subscription. You can:
Click on «Choose another plan» button and in the new tab you could select another subscription plan and pay for it.
Attention!
The new plan term, its price and the set of options take effect immediately from the moment of payment.
Payment history
You can view the entire history of payments for a subscription to TVteka.
Click the little man icon in the upper right corner, select «Subscription», in the drop-down menu, and then click on the «Subscription history» button (or follow the link tvteka.com/en/subscription/history).
In the new tab you can view the entire history of payments and subscription plan changes on TVteka, the date and time of payments, and the duration of the subscription.
