What is a Promised Payment?
The Promised Payment is the ability to instantly activate a selected subscription period with all its benefits, deferring payment until a more convenient time.
How does it work?
To renew your subscription, click on the «Create Promised Payment» button on the payment page — and enjoy unlimited watching.
By the end of the selected period, we will send you an email reminder to make the payment, and provide 14 days to complete the transaction. During this time, you can enjoy watching programs, movies, and series without restrictions.
Will the subscription price be different?
Promised Payment is not a form of credit, but deferred payment, and we guarantee no interest or additional fees. You pay only the basic plan cost, which is stated in the subscription section, without additional obligations or risks.
Important notice!
The company reserves the right to change the terms of providing the Promised Payment service but undertakes to notify you about these changes with a 30-day notice before they take effect, via email and app/website notifications.
In case of non-compliance with payment terms within the specified deadlines, the company reserves the right to suspend access to the service until the debt is settled and to refuse further provision of services.
