General information.
The basic subscription on TVteka allows you to watch channels on only one screen. For viewing on multiple screens, there is an additional option - «Family access».
«Family access» allows simultaneous viewing on three devices within the same house or apartment (from a single IP address under which your devices are connected to the Internet).
If your devices have a different IP address for the Internet, then this option is not suitable for you. The IP address is usually different when the devices are not within the same home. If the devices are connected to the same access point within the house or apartment, they will have the same IP address. You can check the IP address of your device here whatismyipaddress.com
