General Information
A basic subscription on TVteka allows you to watch channels on only one screen. To watch on multiple devices, an additional option called “Family Access” is available. This feature is also included in any premium (SMART) plans offered by the service.
With the “Family Access” option, you can watch channels simultaneously on up to three devices located within the same household (using a single IP address that your devices are connected to).
If the IP address of the devices differs, this option will not be suitable. Typically, the IP address will be different if the devices are located outside a single household. If the devices are connected to the same access point within the home, they will share the same IP address.
